In general terms:
Adult dogs: it is recommended that the daily ration be divided into two meals. However, it is also possible to feed them once a day, provided this is done after physical activity, in order to avoid digestive upset.
Cachorros: hasta los cuatro meses, es aconsejable ofrecer tres tomas diarias. After that, and up to six months, this can be reduced to two feeds a day.

When changing a pet’s food, how well they adapt depends on the type of food they are switching from and to.
If you are switching from one brand to another, it is best to do so gradually so that their digestive system can adjust without any discomfort.
Here’s a simple way to do it:
Days 1 and 2: mix 75% of the old feed with 25% of the new feed. Days 3 and 4: half and half. Days 5 and 6: 25% of the old feed and 75% of the new feed. Day 7: you can now feed only the new feed.
If your dog is prone to vomiting, diarrhoea or has a sensitive stomach, it’s best to extend each phase a little longer to make the transition as smooth as possible.
Yes. For working or hunting dogs, we recommend using the Daily formula as a staple diet during periods of normal activity. For periods of high exertion, such as fieldwork, intensive training or sustained physical activity, it is advisable to switch temporarily to the Energy formula, given its higher energy content and its suitability for greater metabolic demands. Once the activity is over and the rest period has resumed, you should return to the Daily diet to maintain a proper nutritional balance.
Whenever our quality standards allow, we use locally sourced ingredients. However, there are certain components that cannot be sourced locally and must be imported from countries further afield.
If your dog has boundless energy and gets overexcited at mealtimes, it may help to spread his meals out over the day, for example into three portions. For those who wolf down their food in seconds, a slow-feeding bowl might be a good idea: its design forces them to search for the food bit by bit, which reduces anxiety and makes mealtimes more relaxed.
When it comes to puppies, it is important to choose the right type of food based on their size and breed. For small-breed dogs, the switch to adult food is usually made at around 8–9 months, once they have completed most of their growth.
Medium and large puppies, on the other hand, need a slightly different approach: ideally, they should switch to Daily at one year old and continue on that diet until around 18 months, at which point they can switch to Energy.
